2 Copyright
2.1 License Negotiation
In Sonatine Music Library, it is impossible to exhibit your work unless you go through the regular procedure in copyright. We do the procedure. Only the works that have permission can be exhibited.
2.2 Copyright Royalty
If copyright royalties etc. are required to exhibit, it will be borne by the exhibitor. We pay the copyright royalties to the right holder in behalf of you.
2.3 JASRAC
When you wish to arrange works managed by JASRAC, we first contact the right holder afresh. It can be exhibited when it is accepted and we will pay 10% of the price to JASRAC.
*We must pay to JASRAC every download, so you cannot exhibit free.
*Sonatine Music report and pay the copyright royalties to JASRAC in behalf of you.
3 Royalties
3.1 Your Royalties
In principle, we will pay 75% of the royalties to the exhibitor if paying downloaded and profitable. The remaining 25% is used for the management, system maintenance, etc. of Sonatine Music Library. The copyright royalty will be deducted from within 75% and the difference will be paid.
*If you are under 18 years of age will not be able to exhibit the paid work.
3.2 Payment of Royalties
We inform you by email of the final royalties at the end of next month royalties have occurred. We transfer them to your designated account at the end of the following month (two months after the downloaded month).
4 Works
4.1 Exhibition Qualification
Special qualifications are not required to exhibit on Sonatine Music Library. It does not matter at all, such as career. However, if you want to exhibit your paid work, you must be 18 years old or older.
5 Flows to Exhibiting
5.1 Create Exhibitor's Account
First, create exhibitor's account then you can register your works at Application in logined Exhibitor's Page.
5.2 Screening on Copyright
The registered work will be screened whether it can be exhibited in Sonatine Music Library. The criterion is only whether there is no problem on copyright. If it is costly to obtain permission to use copyright, it will be borne by the exhibitor after consultation in advance.
*Screening is also free.
5.3 Preparation to Exhibit
If there is no problem we will start preparing to exhibit then email you.
5.4 Release
After completion it will be able to deliver on the site. Download status, royalty status etc. can be confirmed on the Exhibitor's Page.
