Exhibitors Terms

These Terms are established for the purpose of enabling exhibitors to distribute their original musical score works on this service and to promote the sharing and development of musical culture. Exhibitors shall use this service upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Definitions)

"Players" refers to an individual or organization that obtains musical scores through this service and uses them for performance or other purposes. "Exhibitors" refers to a person or entity that registers works on this service and distributes them.

Article 2 (Status of Exhibitors)

Exhibitors may be individuals or organizations. In the case of an organization, registration shall be made under the name of a representative, and royalties shall also be received by the representative.

Article 3 (Rights)

If it is necessary to obtain a license for the original work, this will be handled by the Site. The exhibitor guarantees that their original contributions do not infringe upon any copyrights or other rights of third parties.

If requested by the Site, the exhibitor shall cooperate in submitting materials and completing necessary procedures to confirm rights. In the event of any dispute with a third party regarding a submitted work, the exhibitor shall respond in good faith, and the Site shall not be held liable unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on its part.

Article 4 (AI-Generated Works)

When submitting works created using AI, the exhibitor must declare this in advance and guarantee that such works do not infringe upon the rights of any third party. If there is suspicion of violations of terms of use or use of unauthorized training materials in the generation process, the Site may suspend distribution.

Article 5 (Royalties)

Royalties shall be paid based on the royalty rate set for each work, calculated after deducting license fees, payment processing fees, and other necessary expenses. The royalty rate shall be presented separately and determined by mutual agreement.

Article 6 (Payment Methods)

Payment methods shall be one of the following:

Payments shall be made in months where the total royalty amount exceeds JPY 3,000. If the amount is less than this threshold, it will be carried over to the following month.

Article 7 (Refund Handling)

If a refund occurs, no royalty shall be generated for the relevant transaction. If royalties have already been paid, they may be offset against future payments.

Article 8 (Suspension of Distribution, etc.)

In the event of copyright infringement, submission of false information, violation of laws, or other serious issues, the Site may, without prior notice, suspend distribution, withhold sales, delete works, or suspend accounts.

Article 9 (Changes and Termination of Service)

The Site may change or terminate the content of this service as necessary for operational reasons. In the event of termination, reasonable prior notice will be provided.

Article 10 (Non-Party Status)

The Site is not a party to transactions between exhibitors and players and acts solely as a platform provider.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

The Site shall not be liable for damages arising from communication failures, issues with payment providers, force majeure, or other causes beyond its reasonable control. Even if liability is recognized, compensation shall be limited to the total royalties paid for the relevant work over the past six months.

Article 12 (Amendments)

The Site may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Site.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site as the court of first instance.
