Article 1 (Definitions)

"Players" refers to an individual or organization that obtains sheet music through the Service and uses it for performance or other purposes. "Exhibitors" refers to a person or entity that registers works on the Service and distributes them.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service is a platform where the Site handles sheet music works submitted by Exhibitors and distributes them in digital format to Players.

Article 3 (Use of Sheet Music)

Players shall use the sheet music in compliance with copyright law and other applicable laws and regulations. For public performances, please apply to copyright management organizations such as JASRAC and pay the required fees as necessary.

Article 4 (Posting Performance Videos)

When posting performance videos using the sheet music on third-party platforms, please comply with the terms of those platforms and applicable copyright laws.

Article 5 (Returns and Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Site.

Article 6 (Quality)

The Site conducts formal checks prior to distribution; however, it does not guarantee the accuracy of the content, engraving quality, or equivalence to commercially published materials.

Article 7 (Suspension of Distribution)

If copyright infringement or other issues are identified, the Site may suspend distribution without prior notice.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Site shall not be liable for damages arising from communication failures, issues with payment providers, force majeure, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

Article 9 (Amendments)

The Site may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Site.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site as the court of first instance.
