Comical Hunters Chorus
USD20.00
Composer: Solomon Hawyrey
The "Hunter's Chorus" is a standard encore at horn ensemble concerts. It starts out in a familiar tune, but the atmosphere suddenly changes! Although the tune changes to a comical tone, I tried to retain some aspects of the original melody. The piece is designed to be performed as an encore, so there will be a talk time, but it can be performed without repeating the melody if necessary. This is a piece to be performed as a encore for an unusual concert.

Czardas
USD24.00
Composer: Vittorio Monti
Arranger: Ichiro NegishiI arranged this piece for a horn solo and four additional horns (requiring a total of five players). The original key was F minor, but I transposed it to C minor for ease of playing on the horn. The highest note is a real C and the lowest note is a real G, resulting in an overall lower range that should be accessible for many players. One of the merits of performing this piece on the horn is the ample utilization of natural harmonics in faster sections, with numerous passages allowing for stationary finger positions, particularly showcasing the capabilities of the F horn. I've made effective use of the advantages offered by the double horn. **Attached is the sheet music with a fingering chart included to facilitate ease of playing.**

Turkish March
USD20.00
Composer: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Arranger: Ichiro Negishi"I arranged Mozart's famous 'Turkish March' for a horn octet. During the continuous 16th note sections, we alternate playing on every beat like passing a baton (ironically, as horns struggle with fast notes), and there's even choreography included (though it's optional). I took inspiration from a group that previously performed this piece with choreographed movements, and the timing for these movements is indicated in the sheet music."
