I compiled 11 pieces from Terpsichore, the only extant collection of secular music by Pretorius, who left many works for the church. The strength and articulation are not written, and it is a specification left to the player. High notes (especially tuba) in the score can be lowered an octave at any time. Please make a performance that makes you start dancing when you hear it.
